Delete your account
Close your Jatri account and remove your personal data. You can do it in the app, or here with your phone number.

In the app
- Rider app: Menu → Settings → Privacy → Delete account.
- Driver app: Menu → Settings → Delete account.
What happens
- You are signed out on every phone and the account can no longer be used.
- Your name, email, photo and saved places are removed. Trip and payment records the law asks us to keep are kept for that period only, then deleted.
- Money left in your wallet: contact support before deleting so we can pay it out.
